Reedham Trust Secretary Retires
After 22 years at the helm of the Reedham Trust office, Jean Watkins retired at the end of June 2012. Jean will be greatly missed by the staff, Board of Management, the Old Scholars and all those friends of Reedham who have appreciated her work and loyalty to the Trust over those 22 years.
During that time she has been a great friend and supporter of ROSA and it is thanks to her that your Committee are once again able to meet at The Lodge.
Jean and her husband David were invited to this year’s ROSA Reunion and at the end of the AGM our Chairman, Derek Pearce, had the pleasure on behalf of ROSA to pay tribute to her and to present her with a pewter box embossed with the Reedham Logo and containing a silver necklet bearing a St Christopher engraved on a silver ingot.
We wish Jean a long and happy retirement and enjoyable travels as she and her husband David plan some trips abroad.
Jean has been succeeded by Christine Suett as the new Trust Secretary and we wish her all the best in her new role.
