Unfortunately Bob Carter has had to postpone the John O'Groats to Lands End walk until next spring having suffered a serious foot injury which could take a couple of months or more to recover from. Bob considered continuing but was advised that to do so could cause permanent damage! Further updates will appear as to Bob's progress and we wish him a full and speedy recovery.
