Reedham Trust – Kingham’s Insurance Deals
Kinghams, one of Croydon’s leading car dealerships based on South End, promises to donate half its earnings from all insurance policy sales to The Reedham Trust. Last year, Chris Knott Insurance, who handles insurance for Kinghams, donated more than £150,000 to charities and not-for-profits through a similar scheme. Kinghams Insurance is administered by regional broker, Chris Knott Insurance. New Museum Item Found
The Reedham Museum continues to flourish. The latest item to find its way back is the key to the main Chapel door. Other recent additions include 3 Antiquarian Books, 2 written by Reedham’s founder, Dr Andrew Reed, and 1 by his eldest son (also Andrew). An original Canvassing Card appealing for votes for a child to enter Reedham, dated 1902, was recently received from the Historical Archive of Northampton General Hospital. Reedham Trust Secretary Retires
After 22 years at the helm of the Reedham Trust office, Jean Watkins retired at the end of June 2012.
